REMODology Purchase Terms and Conditions
Online Education Support:
REMODology has dedicated online continuing education support personnel to aid remodelers taking online education courses. Customer service is provided by PACE (Professional Affordable Continuing Education) personnel available via phone number 813 830-6523, e-mail and Web contact form. Support hours are from 8AM to 6PM Eastern time, Monday through Friday.

Payment Policy:
REMODology receives online course tuition payments and book purchases in advance via credit card payments through its secure online Web portal. Cash, checks, and money orders are not accepted.

Refund Policy:
Online Learning: A full refund is offered at any time up until a cumulative total of 60 minutes of time has been recorded on any combination of the online learning courses purchased. Once the online course study materials have exceeded 60 minutes, as determined by our LMS (learning management system), a refund is no longer offered.
Books: All sales are final.

Online Education Complaint Resolution:
Remodeler complaints are resolved in different ways depending on the type of complaint.
·         Course purchase complaint. See refund policy above.
·         Online course access complaint. REMODology has technical support staffed by PACE (Professional Affordable Continuing Education) personnel available by phone and e-mail to work through computer and Internet connectivity issues. In most cases, issues can be diagnosed and resolved in less than 15 minutes.
